UpDate - Special Edition Xtreme (S.E.X) Midget Mustang.

Eddy Xtreme's solution to achieving the Ultimate Power to Weight Ratio ......

This is the Prototype #4 - Prototypes #2 & 3 had only the Mussy's photograph attached to the S.E.X OS60 driving force ... slight aerodynamic problems were experienced and the design was revised.

The latest prototype saw the need for (at least) a fuselage and some wings. Prop Arc - Ground clearance requires a Hand-launch.

Constructive Technical comments on further improvements n performance upgrades (It must Make Sense !!) will be most welcome by the X'treme ONe ...

The JR Pilots Welcome the Radio Control Modelers of Singapore (RC-MS)

It was again our most sincere pleasure to welcome our Buddies, Pilots from the Radio Control Modelers of Singapore (http://www.rc-ms.com), to the Royal Johor Polo Field for yet another Friendly Funfly. Lots of Thrills (no Spills, fortunately) awaited all present. The variety of Aircraft and demonstration of flying skills was only superceded by the great fun and fellowship that day, which is what the hobby of Aeromodelling is ALL about.

The day started with a slight drizzle, which, at first, seemed to dampen our spirits ... and then beautiful, bright and sunny skies smiled upon the field - with a strong and challenging breeze to test challenge the skills of even the most competent of Pilots.

One highlight was when a MAS (Malaysian Airline System) commercial airliner made an approach for an emergency landing at the field ....

Hmmmm, very scale ah - This electric ducted fan powered Boeing 757 looked so real in flight, even the 'whine' from the EDF units, that if not for its antenna trailing behind some would have thought it was the real thing from a distance. Check these out :-

We're not quite sure what kit this came from, but there are similar EDF RC commercial airline models at www.EDFmodel.com - Very Scale, VERY Unique !!
